Cie understands the challenges that leaders face on building a motivated team. While working in sales, marketing, management, and consulting for organizations such as Del Monte, Hanes, Arbitron Ratings, and the Atlanta Braves. Cie began to recognize, draw upon, and use the different types of internal motivation inherent in her team members. Fellow executives started to ask her to help them to engage their teams and enhance their productivity, especially in the sales field.

She found that when employees used their inborn motivation, it puts them in the driver’s seat, where they can steer their productivity toward achieving their organization’s goals. Cie has learned first-hand, you can teach, coach, support employees, and even give them perks and prizes, but in the end, motivation has to come from within.

That’s why she developed a motivational speaking program and workshop. Her presentations provide tools for individuals to harness their own motivational power; showing them what drives them from the inside out and how to apply their unique motivation for greater success.
